We are looking for Franchisee all over India and rest of the World for all our practices. More details can be obtained by sending a DD of Rs750/ drawn in favor of "Feodora Educational Services Pvt Ltd" and Payable in Bangalore, India. Terms and conditions for being a franchisee are: 1) One time non-refundable Franchisee fee of Rs 75,000/ (In India and other Asian Countries) or $5000 ( Outside Asia) 2) Annual royalty of 8% of the profit would be given to the parent company. 3) Should have an office space of minimum 500 sq feet. 4) Should have the capability to invest at least Rs 3, 00,000/ (In India and other Asian Countries) or $ 10,000 (Outside Asia) - in setting up the center. 5) Should be associated with related institution/industry/services for at least three years. 6) Preference would be given to women entrepreneurs. 7) Should attend the annual conference of the franchisees in Bangalore. 8) Should be willing to undergo training in Bangalore or send one of the employees. The training would be provided at cost. The parent company provides following support to its authorized centers. 1) The right to use the name Feodora Services. 2) Annual training in Bangalore 3) Assist in setting up of centers in their respective areas by providing the materials. 6) The revenue earned by the parent company from the student counseled and referred by the respective center is shared in the ration 20:80. (80% for the Centre and 20% for the Parent Company) 7) Complete design of the centre layout with a minimum area of 500 sq feet. 8) Update of various developments taking place across the world in the respective areas. 9) Advertisement in the Local Media.
